シーカヌーでのパンガー湾めぐりは（家族連れには特に）、お勧めコースです。大きな船で行きますが、島への上陸の際は、小さなシーカヌーに乗り換えます。船頭さんが付いてくれますので、安心です。 I recommend the sightseeing tour of Pang-Nga with sea canoe, especially for family. We go to the area by big ship and change to sea canoe. A boatman guide us, therfore it is easy to enjoy.
	"ジェームス・ボンド岩"。パンガー湾の名物。みやげ物屋も立ち並ぶ。この岩に限らず、この付近には、石灰岩の奇岩が立ち並んでいる。 ちなみに007シリーズの”黄金銃を持つ男”の舞台になったため、この岩の名がついたのだが、映画の方は、はっきり言ってつまらない。 "James Bond Rock". It is a symbolic rock of Pang-Nga. There are many souvenir shops aoround here. There are also many interesting looking rocks around this area other than this rock. "James Bond Rock" was named because this rock was used in the movie "007, The man with the Golden Gun". To tell the truth, the movie itself is not interesting at all.
	パンガー湾の島。島の下の方が、波で、えぐれているのがわかる。このえぐれたところに穴ができて、干潮の時、シーカヌーで島の中にもぐれる仕組みである。 An Island of Pang-Nga. The bottom of islands are eroded by waves. Caves are made at the point and we can get in the island through the cave by sea canoe at low water.
	いよいよ、島への探検に出発。 Let's explore the island of Pang-Nga.
	まだ、島の中にはいる前だが、美しい光景が広がる。 Even before entering the island, the scenery is beautiful enough.
	いよいよ島へ突入。洞窟内は、ご覧のように狭いので、体は起こせない。狭所恐怖症の人は、どうするのか。 Let's go into the cave. As you see, it is very narrow and we cannot raise the body. I'm lucky because I'm not so scared at the closed space.
	洞窟を抜けると、"ホン"と呼ばれる空間に出る。島の中が、ぽっかり穴になっており、船でそのまま入れる。中は静寂そのもので、幻想的な光景が広がる。 After going through the cave, there is a space called " Hon" in the island. We can go in by sea canoe. "Hon" is very quiet and mysterious but wonderful place indeed.
	"ホン"めぐりは、2回経験しました。この島の中に、あんなスペースがあるなんて信じれらない。 We visited 2 islands' " Hon". Still it is hard to believe there is such a wonderful space in the island.
	最後に、海水浴と、シーカヌーで遊びます。まさに、1日を満喫した気分です。 Beach of an island of Pang-Nga. We can play with sea canoe. What a beautiful day it is !
